That DaimlerChrysler platform is just awesome, 300, Magnum, Charger, all great vehicles, with great engine choices. And the SRT group made all of them at least low 13 sec vehicles.

DCX is not using the same platform for the Challenger as they are the 300/Magnum/Charger. Those ride on the LX chassis, the Challenger is a new chassis called the LY. I am glad its not on an LX chassis because those cars are straightline locomotives with piss poor steering and handling IMHO.

The concept was on a LX shortened 4" behind the drivers seat. Not sure if you've driven any SRT-8's but those cars handle pretty damn well.
