I might have to do that.

I am not too cheap to go get some, but I like to eat stuff like that as if it is a meal, not a couple of oz. for 5 bucks.

Like I said.. there are no 'recipies' for anything.. everything is pretty much pre-made.. the only thing we make 'fresh' every morning is the pan crust style dough.. everything else comes frozen now.. the breadsticks used to be made out of the pan dough.. now they come frozen too..
 
hm.. I could borrow some stuff from work .. price would be high though cause the risk is up there.

Anyway, I applied for a job as a part-time driver at P-H once, and they handed me this 10 page psych test to take. I was like :wtf:. So I just filled it out like I was a psychotic-klepto-maniac and never went back.
 
its not flaming, if you take what i said seriously, all that my boy crap, then, yeah my boy says **** your boy, cuz all my boys are hard for me.
 
the box thing that mkes them rise is called a proof box i would imagine... i worked at a bakery for 4 years.... and its probably some sort of butter/olive oil you slather on the pan before you bake it... all you need to do is find the right mix of cheese/herbs and a good pizza dough recipe... toss a generous amount of butter/oil into the pan bake it and then sprinkle the goodness on it...
 
You won't get the recipe. 80 percent of resturants don't cook any food (in the USA). They all purchase most of their stuff premade from the huge food distributors.

The chains like Pizza Hut, Wendy's, etc all have their food done in factorys to their spec's, delivered to the store, where they are just heated, baked, etc.
