I hope someone says "yes".
I just replaced my spark plugs after 35K miles (they NEEDED IT!). I replaced them with NGK BKR6E-11 I picked-up at Mazda, I have a totally stock car, I just asked for whatever they would use if I got THEM to install them. Afterwards my car runs MUCH better than it used to! However I notice a clicking sound proportional to the RPM of the engine, but it's not very loud, and I don't know if it's me being paranoid or something isn't working right. It seems to come from the fuel rail area. I double-checked all plug torque settings, connections, etc.. My oil level's fine, the belts SEEM okay. You can only hear it if the hood's open, but you don't need your ear ON the engine to hear it either, so I don't know if I've just never noticed it before....Does anyone else hear a clicking from the fuel rail area? I'm hoping it's just the injectors puffing fuel....can you hear that?
Thanks for any worry-killing advice.
