do i need a new radiator?

This info is soooo fail.
The regular Pro radiator is not designed for boost applications. so it won't flow as well and possisble pop under boost. Don't forget that the coolant is also flowed into your turbo so that last thing you want to do is end up starving it and blowing a seal.
The corksport radiator is pure sex full length to fill the former SMIC space for all you FMIC folks and cheap for what it is. I think I got mine for around $250 from Protege Garage!!

Not really but hey what do I know.....
Yes the CS is 100% better. But the difference in the MSP to the regular is unnoticeable. They are the same exact engine and one dose not "flow" (CFM) more than the other. So same pump and same rate at the same engine speed (RPM), (you would have to change your pulley/belt or impeller to change the flow rate) so starving is not happening there. But then you are going to argue the extra line, all it dose is re route a small percentage of the coolant not enough to make any difference. There is alot of guys that run the stock radiator without any issues. The radiator in the MSP was not a fix to a problem it was just a way to stuff the same cooling capacity into a smaller area so they could fit the smic.

Just so you can be more informed next time....
The thickness supports more flow but I have set in stone that msp's do not more any more water than the regular fs. But surface area is where you get the majority of your cooling from. But then I could get into double and triple pass and you would be lost. Flow is restricted by the smallest orifice (in some systems it is designed and called a restricting orifice) but in ours there is not one but in reality it is the thermostat. No more flow can go through the radiator than can fit through the thermostat. Just some food for thought. But again what do I know, I was only turbo-ed before you even bought your car on the stock radiator. I am not trying to be a smart ass here just informing. Ask 323 I can be the smart ass. I will not even start down the road of fail in your post.

p5 radiator will give u alittle better cooling. it will hold more coolant there for more coolant to heat up. i definately noticed a huge temp drop after install of my pwr and slimfans.

just to let yall know. been rollin around for the past week on long and short trips with no problem. it was just the thermostat
