Do I need a boost controller if I get the Cobb Ap when it's out?

I see a lot of peeps have a boost controller to get their boost up to 20psi in some cases. I was wondering, do I still need a boost controller if I plan on getting the Cobb AP once it is available or is the AP specifically just for tuning and not controlling the boost too?

you wont need a boost controller because the AP can have the ecu regulate boost.
