DIY C/F Eyelids 99-00

Today's adventure with c/f went decent. Currently still work in progress, need to clean up the edges and the other side is still curing. This is only test fitment with scotch tape. Need to trim the top portion too so it fits my snug. Heres the preview for now.

Update: All done and temporarily mounted on the car, still need to trim them a bit more to make them even and work on fitment.

leave them c/f. if i wanted to paint them i would have probably have made them from fiberglass

You Should Have Gotten Red Vinyl. Thats What I Did With Mines, And Looked Very Clean, Also You Can Get Testors Paint And Paint Them Red. The Paint Is See Trough, Basically Carbon Fiber Red. Keep Up The Good Work

that looks like it will turn out good, im going to use black vinyl to do mine only im going to cover a little bit more of the headlight and cover part of the blinker too.

hey Iukekini whered u get ur oem fogs from? im tinkin of gettin mine either from ma local dealer or mazdastuff.com which sells it for 203 bux not sure how much d dealer is ill have to hit them up. I have a couple of questions was it ez to install or did u get it installed sumwhere>?

I bought them off from a guy who had several sets on ebay. I havent seen them on there recently though. I paid $80 shipped for them, and the install was very easy they came with the Mazda OEM Accessories Install guide for them and was very easy and detailed to follow, be careful when ordering a lot of places claim they will fir 99-03 which is untrue, the 99-00 protege have completely different shaped cutouts for foglights.
