Just out of curiousity which one is more durable in terms of scraping? The one your looking for or the cf? I'm looking for one as well but I dont care if its cf or not becuase im going to paint the entire thing anyways.

the cf one is not resistent to scraping at all. it also cracks easily. stick to urethane if you don't want cracks to appear along with the scrapes.

Thank you kind sir thats what I was wanting to know! Mainly about the cracking and what not. I know scrapes are going to show no matter what material its made out of. Plus the urethane one is cheaper.. so that means I can get it paitned sooner. (poke)

urethane is way better...just make sure you drill it good. The 3m tape will work but one accident it will end up on the freeway. If you don't plan to remove itafter you install it, just drill the sucker in and use a lock nut.

I havn't seen any photos where someone has bolted it in place.. but then again none that I have seen where really up close nor how they installed it.

I once had one, as you can see in the avatar. They are a hastle though if your car is dropped. I want one just to put on for show and not for daily driving

I'll get some picture of one of my friend's p5 with the lip. He drives with the lip daily and even up the mountain no problem.
