DFW area service depts.

Anyone have any comments, rants, or recommendations about any Mazda service depts. in the DFW area? I'm having a problem with the turbo not spooling up. I'm assuming it's just a cracked/loose pipe. But I was planning on bringing it in to have it looked at/fixed. I was just going to go back to the dealer where I purchased my car, Hancock Mazda(Mesquite, TX), but I wanted to hear some opinions first.

El Dorado Mckinney sucks balls. They fired the only good service writer Greg and now they have pricks for management and employees.

listen to JDM. Greg Mitchell and Johnny worked on my car for the flash. they did it no questions and they did it right in 45 mins. only mazda dealership i'll ever go to.

I agree with them even though I havent been there. I have been to all the other local dealerships (even Big Billy before it went out of business) and they all blow. Big Billy mechanics smoked in my car and when I got it back I had to drive with the windows down to get the smell out... TWICE!!

Town North scratched my dash to hell and disconnected some vital wires on my remote start system. If I would have tried to start the car without checking it I would have ruined my starter and it could have started in gear.

Don't ever order parts from Hiley, I had to order the grille flying M emblem and it took them 4 months to get it in, in the meantime I just got it from freeman sameday they had it in stock

bought my msp from hiley and lets just say with all of the cash in hand they still sucked. plus they took forever to do my tags, on top of that they wanted ME to pay for the priority mail. the kicker is that for about a month i drove around arlington with no state inspection tag on the speed. lets just say im lucky my boy is a cop.

blk + mazdaspeed + no state inspection = harissment from hell

hiley sucks
