Delsing Klunk Fix Brackets!

I think that Turfburn would be an excellent candidate if you choose to pass on the design.

As for me I am very happy with the brackets, and are desperately waiting for you to release the hollow 3 piece bar!!!
Thanks for the vote of confidence and the recommendation! I heard about this through one of my contacts, and came to check the thread out.

If you chose to pass it on at all we would be happy to pick it up and produce them. I'd have to quote through some of my sources to get an idea on the pricing, but I would do everything I could to hold true to the general pricing that has been done previously. Anything we can do to help the community and keep products alive for everyone we'd be more than happy to tackle!

Let me know if I can help out in any way!

Thanks,

Steve

when he barely has time for one post i dont think he will have time to make a new thread.
yeah, but maybe it would help raise awareness of this product. it has been discussed on the board for over a year, and many are just now hearing about it. just throwing out the suggestion so he'd have more incentive to make more.

Working on it!!!!!!!!!

Ok,

I should know by the end of next week about doing another run of brackets depending on how much time my real job allows me to spend on it. TurfBurn and I have been communicating also about his involvement. Sooooo, stay tuned. Probably will do as advised and start another thread along with updating the web site to provide more information on the brackets which should help interest. Thanks

Godspeed!
Dave

thanks micaspeed. update ur site..that sounds good. if ur gonna make em i think u should make like 50 cuz im sure theyll all sell.

Anyone have pics of the replacement endlinks installed? I don't know exactly how they are supposed to be oriented.

I got mine months ago, and am just now installing them. I know, I'm a lazy bastard.

Oh awesome. (bowdown) excellent pictures, just what I needed. I did some searching, but I hadn't seen your thread yet. Thanks so much.

I would pay for improved handling and improvement on the "Klunk." Keep me posted on this and I will try to save up.

Correction, a Fix for the Klunk not just an improvement

:p

actually it doenst really bother me that much and I dont really hear it that much. Maybe its the florida weather and humidity. I imagine it would suck int he cold as it is right now. But most of the time its pretty minor...but still there.

I developed a mild case of the klunk a day or two before an auto-x event. I never noticed it until race day (stereo off) and holy SH*T was my car loose.

I was into Mazda soon after that for replacement bushings and the following weekend another event. The car handled totally different with solid bushings.

Good luck to those that don't get the klunk fixed and need your car to manouver to avoid an accident....

I doubt that a "loose" bar will get you into an accident... as a bar usually downgrades suspension performance (it's used to counteract understeer)...

I just installed mine, and the klunk is only sorta gone now. I still have some kind of noise coming from the rear, sounds like only the right side, it is a bumping kind of noise like the clunk, but not as low pitched and loud.

Gonna have to check all the nuts and bolts again later tonight if I have the time.

Micaspeed: What about these bar clamp stopper things that were next to the stock bushings? Is it necessary to move these, becuase it looks like they aren't meant to be removed and place back on. Are they necessary, and should I get some new bar clamps to replace them?

Edit: I just emailed delsing to ask the same question about the stoppers.

Please keep us up to date with a new thread. After winter, I'd like to purchase these and be done with this bulls*** clunk once and for all.
