NOT COOL! I was lookin' to buy a VIS hood, but I heard a ton of people having problems with bubbling or what not.....(fight)

Yeah dude that sucks! Bet you wish you took mine instead?!?!?(thumb) I'll have to clean mine and examine it, but like I told you, you can sand down the clear and have it re-cleared when/if you paint it. Hopefully it's just in the clear and not the resin.

can neone help me VIS is hard to get a hold of, when i do they're like deal w/ the person who u bought this from cuz we didnt take ur money... then JTRSport the person i got it from is like you need to pay to ship it back to VIS and then pay more for shipping to my place...wtf? this is most definitely messed up and i could certainly use some help.

btw tim- i wud be semi ok if it were only in the clear.. =T but i guess its in the resin too bc instead of jus having bubbles underneath, i have s*** pertruding from the hood =O

like its a bump. hump hump hump..cry.

1- Ask VIS what their manufacturer's warranty is.
2- Ask the vender what their return/satisfaction policy is.
3- Find the numbers for the Better Business Bureau offices and state commerce commissions for their respective states.

Go after the vender first. Usually they are smaller and easier to reason with. Either they can work with you on this or you call the *** State Commerce Commission and report that they are committing unfair business practices.

Companies and shops are out to make and keep money. Some won't budge unless you have leverage. It's really nice to find those companies who still have integrity in their customer satisfaction.
