Quick question at the dealer they say the turbo is removed from the bottom, which I think is total BS cuz the striped the bolts on my strut towers when they put back on the brace..... Just to double ck that they pull it out the bottom?

I haven't pulled the turbo off, but I don't see how it can be taken out from the bottom. There is a lot of stuff in the way that would have to be removed, and I just don't see it being possible to reach through from the bottom to get to the turbo in the first place. From the top, it looks like you just have to take off the TMIC and you can get to the turbo; the hose at the back of the TMIC leads to the turbo I believe.

If they really told you they did that, then either it's the silliest way to remove the turbo or else they just don't know what they are talking about.

turbo comes out the top. There is physically no room without taking out the PTO, if my smaller downpipe would not fit that well out the botom the turbo sure as hell won't....
much easier to remove the tmic, and then the manifold.
