So, yeah As you all know my msp has been burning oil. I thought it was a pcv valve issue. Changed it and i still burnt oil like a mofo. So, im thinking valve seals or oil rings yippee for me.

Went to see a guy at a high performance car shop, he says take it in to mazda just take off the BC, leave the FMIC BOV and injen on. So i did, they said "ok we'll change your oil and see what the problem is. Drive 500 miles and come back. " Need less to say i drove 500 miles that day and came back the next morning (today).

NOW they say that they "feel" the problem is boost related and wont do warranty work on my car. Lucky for me they didnt make note that my car had all these mods.

So, what did i do? Nothing yet... I am going back to stock and am going to put everything back. But wait, the stock ic pipe from the turbo, the nipple blew off and i messed with it and i can no longer use it. SO, i have to buy a new pipe. Guess how much???

235 bucks!! Well, I learned my lesson, dont mess with s*** on your car unless you have money to pay to fix it. Hopefully when i out it back to stock, the dealership where i bought my car from wont give me s***.

If i took of my stock BPV and took off those tamper proof clamps, will they void my warranty? They better not becauase ill be all asian on them.

So, im mad, my car is running fine, just burning oil like a mug.

Does anyone know a definative way to fix this problem??

Will the dealership fix my car if i put it back to stock??? or will they know boost caused the problem?

Help you are all my only friends!!

Oh and those dealership dorks dont know s***, they just want money. pricks

The deaqler has to prove you casued the problem before voiding warrenty.

If you have another dealer use them and change nothing that is done to the car.

Do some searhing for warrenty here. IN MORE THEN THE DAMN MSP SECTION! There are many laws protecting consumers. The reason the guys at the performance shop mentioned taking of the boost controler is becuase it was the only peice that can definitly cause the problems you are having.

I already told you the price of that piece was around $230 and it was special order @ the time. I think you got a little mad when I said $115 plus shipping because you never pmed me back, but good luck on getting your car fixed. That sucks the dealer is dicking you, go get em. later.

I'm wondering what will happen if your car runs out of oil and the engine will be ******???

I'm guessing your stealership will have to pay for the bill.

Definately go to a new dealer, some are better than others...but its hard to find the 'cool' ones...

If i took of my stock BPV and took off those tamper proof clamps, will they void my warranty? They better not becauase ill be all asian on them.

What exactly does that mean? Do you have a video or something of this taking place so we can understand?

They are called tamper proof for a reason.

ok, well these fuckers tries to tell me the screw on my hks BOV was what was controlling the Boost!!! I was like HAHAA you are dumb. So, do you think i should take it back then? Am i entitiled to warranty work if all i have on my car is FMIC/pipes injen/ hks bov/ 2.5 inch catless DP and 3inch catback???

Are they just trrying to scare me off or do i really have the right to get my car serviced there? Do you think they will really call mazda and get them involved with this?? If so, i maybe will just put it back to stock for now and have them fix it.

What do you all think i should do honestly??

DooD, go read some of the links I posted up above. And PRINT OUT the consumer bill of rights. Hand that to the service mgr, and see how fast you get ur s*** fixed.
