...all i have to say about the whole gluing thing -- bad idea...believe me, I've worked with these things for a few years now, and they should be respected...unless they are left the way they were designed, they can kill. these suckers come out at around 200-300 mph. will your glue hold then?? probably not...

Yeah, I was just gonna use 3M tape, like on trunk emblem. Probably would've flown off.

yeah, sorry to rain on your parade. it really is a lose/lose situation. i figured you might want to at least know, though.

If you reeeeeaaalllyy get sick of it, the best thing you could do is replace the whole damn module....which is pricey. Also, beware of ebay airbag modules. I been hearing rumblings that some people strip the module of the vital parts, and just sell the hollow shell on ebay for full price. not so cool.
