Daily Driving, LSD, & Torque Steer

I think we should all chip in on some grip strengtheners for Nash. seriously though, I noticed it as well when I first got the car (one of the things I actually liked about it!) but over time you'll get used to it... to the point where you won't even notice it. in fact, when you drive another car (that's not high on lsd) you'll be like WTF? this car sucks!!

Yeah I seemed to have slipped into autopilot mode where I automatically put two hands on the steering wheel if I have to floor it to jump into traffic (mainly while turning at the same time). But I really dont notice it anymore just driving around.

isn't torque steer that thing that happens when say you're making a right turn, you stop, and take off pretty hard (not spinning tires) in 1st while at the same time making your turn? the wheel kinda like it doesnt wanna turn back the other way to straighten up, not so bad that its hard to control tho
That's actually the LSD working and taking away the extreme under steer. In a car without one, you will get a lot of under steer where the car doesn't want to go where you point the tires. Torque steer is when the the car turns the steering wheel for you when accelerating. It's almost like the feeling of riding a horse that is not under your control.

If you are getting a lot of torque steer in the corners, you might try changing your alignment in the front wheels. I have mine aligned with zero toe up front and don't notice much torque steer at all. Some, but not to where it will tear the steering wheel out of my hands. Not even at autox, with R compound tires on and max acceleration out of the corners.
