Cylinder Misfire; Please Help!

So my check engine light came on on last Thursday so i went straight to autozone to see what code it was and it read Cylinder 2 misfire, and thermostat problem. So first thing I did was check my spark plugs, which the second one was a little lose in their and it was all black and charred up and their was no wet oil on it like the other ones (as you can see in the picture) but other than that the spark plugs looked fine. They're the pricey Pulstar performance ones and only about 20 months old. Also in the area above the spark plug it was all smoked up looking and not clean unlike the others. So i cleaned up the spark plug real good, through it back in and drove about 100 miles then took it back out and it wasnt as dirty as before but got real corroded looking and no wet oil on it. My buddy suggested changing the spark plugs, but when i went to the store the 2 guys at Oreilly's said it didnt seem like a spark plug issue, so what do you guys think this could be.

I might just have to bite the bullet and take it to a shop tomorrow to get it checked out because I have like no free time with working 50 hours a week, in the process of moving, and my fiance being 8 months pregnant, so i'm trying not to get ***** by a shop.

I think the number 2 plug was not torqued tight and the seal was leaking. Check the seal point on the head as you may have burned it away some. I would put a new plug in #2.

Okay i already got some new spark plugs but i havent put them in yet because i wasnt sure if thats what it needed and didnt want to waste $30 if thats not the problem ya know, but my buddy's dad is gonna check it out tomorrow, he's supposed to be like a phenomenal mechanic, so hopefully he really is, and hopefully that is all it needs and its nothing serious

Well today I did an oil change with full synthetic castrol, cleaned the MAF sensor, and put in some NGK spark plugs, and seems to be running better so far. I cleared the codes so we'll see if they come back
