Cyl 3 Misfire Now Leaking Fuel Pressure Regulator

So I recently developed a cylinder 3 misfire code. It's happened a couple of times in the past but went away. This time I was doing something stupid and was pushing it hard. It came on hard this time and won't go away. I replaced the coil packs, plugs and wires with new but when I went to start it afterwards, the fuel pressure regulator started leaking like a sieve. I'm not sure if the symptoms are related. I did take all of the injector plugs off to test resistance but I don't think I did anything to it. It still seems to run rough too. Any ideas?

Thanks

When I tested the injectors they all read 15.4 ohms, by the way. #3 plug was wet with gas and black. The car is a stock 5 spd with 151k miles.

ok I just found that it's not the pressure regulator. It's the pulsation damper. Either way, it's leaking.

I found a used damper at a salvage yard. I replaced it and it no longer leaks. Check that one off the list. But now, even with the new parts, it runs like crap, smokes like crazy and throws the cylinder 3 misfire code.

Last night I swapped #3 and #4's injectors. The code followed the injector to cylinder 4. Guess it's time to get a new injector. Thanks everybody for your help.
