Wife's CX9 got a CEL (P0016) which, as I've read, could be a few things. I had her check oil dipstick and cap for signs of contamination as well as coolant overflow bottle still has same amount as it has for months (years).
I'd like to disconnect the VVT solenoid(s) to see if the light will stay off but not sure if these only have one or one for each bank. The videos I've found only show the one near the firewall on the passenger side. Is there another on the bank near the radiator as well?
I'm not near the vehicle to look at (they're 800 miles away) it and all the pictures I can find have the engine cover on so I can't tell.
Any help would be appreciated!!
