cx-7 maf sensor

does anyone know what kind of Maf sensor the cx7 uses? If it's frequency or digital?

I purchased an hho kit for my mazda and one piece adjusts the maf sensor. Depending on which one it is is how easy this setup is going to be.

I'm assuming it's bad? Have you tried cleaning it? I got some MAF cleaning from the local parts store

No it runs great. I'm putting In a hydrogen kit and the maf adjuster needs to be setup properly. It's preset for voltage frequency but I would have to make changes if it runs as digital variable

Yeah, I see where you're going with this, but again, I think you'd have to contact mazda, as not a large population of folks are doing what you plan to do. By the way, please post some "Do it Yourself" and "install" pictures if you don't mind?

...and it's a mess in the end, (Not speaking from personal experience, but from a friend that tried all kinds of "fuel savers" and it's NOT worth it.) Nothing saves gas more than letting off the throttle, NOTHING. Or buy a scooter.

I certainly hope this'll help me even a little. I work as an unmarked driver and even replacing a little gas saves me some dollars. I've received my kit now and doing some mock ups for where the kit will be mounted under the hood. I'll have to start a new post about it.

Well got the whole thing installed and figured out the wiring for the maf. I am excited to say I'm now in the twenties for my fuel economy!!
