CX-60 Charging issue? Help

Hello everyone, I have a CX-60 and I have had it on charge all day at the office plugged into the mains. The light was flashing green and then permanent green which I thought meant charged. I unplugged everything but the charge did not go up?

Can anyone help please.

Hi There bought new cx60 may23 ,having this problem since then getting frustrated with dealer not offering solution .
