2017~2024 CX-5 My Mazda connection issue

Anyone know how to fox this issue I had my car added in and removed due to nothing working when it was added went to readd and it keep giving me this message I cleared cache and data from the added and deleted the app and re-download and still getting this message I waited 3 days and tried again and nothing still

There are few updates for the tcu (most important) and the infotainment. Ask them to update to the latest.
 
Everything is updated to the best software but of you un enroll on the weekend I won't count till business days so Monday thru Friday so I will update again Wednesday
 
So it's Friday and still no changed in my issue mazda trying to send me back to the dealer again after I went Monday and they did nothing so I'll update again when I get done with them
