CX 5 GT Radio question

I have the 2013 CX 5 GT and LOVE it. That said, I do have a question. My radio offers the "Seek Alert" feature. I believe the intent is to save into its memory songs or sports that one is listening to and being able to bring up the song at a later time. How does this work? I find no means of recalling saved pieces. Any ideas from anyone would be helpful.
