Hey y’all, I purchased a 2023 cx5 signature in Canada and I’ve had problems with the infotainment systems since day 1. I have to manually set the radio every time I start the car and the navigation has a mind of its own. So far, the dealership has replaced the CMU and that didn’t resolve the problem. Now they want to replace the remote unit. I should also mention that the battery was completely drained after two days of not driving.
I did see that another poster mentioned similar issues in the US and posted the official documentation. Does anyone have similar information about Canadian cx5s? Or similar experience? So frustrating. Thanks!
