custome sub box done

I've just never bothered with foil, but I DO put a piece of string behind my molds, so that I've got something to pull 'em out with. When I first did my sub box, It was a REAL pain in the ass just with the tape. But do the same thing wiht a piece of string wrapped around behind the tape, and it's supersimple..
poseur try the foil, ive always used just tape as well, used the foil this time and it pulled out of the mold so easily and i could just peel the foil off the backside of the kicks without much work at all. was well worth the extra minute or two adding the foil in.

Prolly is worth it, I've been meaning to try it in all honesty, but I seem to just get motivated and do things in a hurry once I'm ready, and I've always seemed to beout of foil. *L* ahwell, it's not like I'm hurting here. If I do another box, I'll definately use it, that area's a b****. I'd imagine that even just hitting the majority of it with foil'd be good.

As far as the jack, If you point the feet upwards, it'll wedge right behind your spare tire quite nicely. I didn't get all fancy with a bag or anything. it actually holds my tire from sliding around as well seeingas I've got a 03.5 that I removed the spare tire sub from so my hold-down bolt doesn't work.

ok so tell me what you think ... its a 10" sub box i made it myself
I'm pissed. After talking to numerous installers/retailers, I still can't find a halfway decent sub that fits into this (5-1/2 in. deep) box. My old set up consisted of 2 Rockford HE12's and I still want to bump, so a 5-1/2 in deep sub is out of the question.

If anyone wants to buy it, I'll sell it to you for 110 shipped(or 100+ shipping, whatever's cheaper). I paid 175 + shipping and it's done nothing but sit in my TV room since I bought it. A ED sub would probably fit in there, but I've never tried.
For someone that wants to enhance their bass and still have plenty of hatch space, this is a great deal. If you, like me, want to hit hard and bump the neighbors, look elsewhere for more depth.
