i think your best option would be to try the dual setup using the bpv and the bov. get a nipple and put it on the the turbo --> intercooler and connect that to the intake and then vent your bov to atmosphere... that usually does the trick for most members. got any pics of the core on your car?

first I would check for leak, then check your BOV make sure its not too loss.
You could run just BOV with recirclate, I am currently using Greddy Type-s and I have no problem with stall.

I just got it done tonight. I'm not really feeling the size of the intercooler. or the look. Let me know what you guys think. I'm thinking about putting some kinda screen over it.

Why does it look like u have that hose coming from ur intake that's just supposed to go straight to ur valve vent valve. It looks like you have it connected to your boost lines. I think this would have an affect on something like that. I circled the parts on where it hooks up to the boost line.

That is how i had it before the FMIC was installed. It was running great Im not sure if its right or not but could you edit my pic and show me how its supposed to go? Like use different color circles?

one thing I've done to successfully run an open vent atmosphere was re-position the MAF behind the BOV and before the Throttle body... Might help with the stalling issue

^^^This AND if you look at your vacuum line at the rear of the manifold by the firewall, you can see that your vacuum hose is kinked in such a way that half of it is off the nipple. I'm sure that you are getting some degree of boost leak here. Either cut the hose and install a 90 degree elbow, put a clamp on the hose, or install a longer piece of hose here.

As has been mentioned above you also need to vent your manifold independently of your vacuum lines for your boost guage etc.

i'll try and make a diagram when i get home, to show you what can be done. Also you said that you were recirculating that BOV. That's just an open vent BOV. Im thinking you thought that recirculating the bov meant to attach it to that top nipple of the BOV??

that is a bov, its not recirculating. Thats your problem.

see the part that looks like a megaphone? that needs to have a hose adapter and then a hose that leads to the intake. You will stall and run like s*** till you do the dual setup or recirculate it.

also that hose u keep unpluging is the VAC line, it tells the BOV when to open. If u take that off it will run like crap cause youd have a huge leak.

since ur bov looks alot like the turboxs one. and seems to mount the same way (we can verify). If u want it to run right i can sell u my valve and as long as it mounts the same it has a hose adapter instead of a megaphone and u can just swap them out and put the injen line back to the BOV and youll be runnin great. Its up to u but thats about all u can do without modifying what you have (ie. welding nipples and such)

Ill take 30bucks off retail, its brand new in box.

189.00 from turbo xs. if its the same and u want to meet up ill even help u install it. I dont know how far u are from me.
