Curious if owners have this minor issue with their lights (Pics)...

I have a friend who works at a head light and tail light production factory here in AL. He said they just got all kinds of new work from Nissan because of this issue. Other factories were screwing them up. Apparently we have one of the only/best factory's with a clean room. They have to go through wind baths and all kinda crap just to get in. Sounds like Mada should shift there production here too.

Very cool info to know even if it's Nissan. It's very plausible that this is the case with Mazda's supplier of lights - lack of quality control. The only question is, would my dealer keep replacing the headlights until I get headlights that are smudge/dirt free? I doubt it. It's not big enough of a reason to spend $800 a pop to replace. I wrote a long blurb about this in my customer satisfaction survey I received in the mail from when I went in for the headlight replacement. I may have to call Mazda, too.
