I can't really tell but it looks like your bumper is fine. Fenders can be found at alot of u pull it or junk yard. Headlights are pricey but check the for sale thread. Goodluck

i wanna get new parts though i will do the junk yard thing if i cant find new.. and the bumper is cracked in the front near the fog light

Rockauto.com tends to have good prices. You need to take the bumper cover off to see if the bumper itself is damaged. You can put these parts back on the car yourself, but expect to pay somebody to paint the bumper cover and fender for you, at least if you want them to turn out well. Probably you could paint the fender yourself, but bumper covers are much harder, and if you are paying somebody to do that you might as well have them do the fender at the same time.

Is the hood OK? Hard to tell from the pictures? Also open up the hood and look around at the pastic pieces up near the latch, they can crack when the car gets whacked at a front corner.

hugh its killing me.
theirs this place that sells OEM parts for Mazda. body panels and everything. its kinda like a junk yard but everything's brand new. i just cant get the name. :(

Thanks Speed. the hood is fine it opens and closes fine the driver side engine bay looks okay. iam going to take it to a body shop to get it all painted but i do need a headlight, bumper and fender the bumper is cracked and the eyelids on the bumper are broken so the bumper wont mount to the fender. thanks for the help everyone

If she cut you off, why isn't her insurance covering your repairs? If it is, get new stuff and get a body shop to paint it and fit it all.

im having trouble with my insurance and the old ladys insurance they are trying to put some of the accident on me which is b.s cause the lady went around me and cut in front of me and i have to fight the police report cause the lady told the cop i turned into the old hag and nothing i said was put on the report so im going to have to go to court.. my insurance will pay most of it and i have to pay a $1000 deductible which is toward parts my friend said im being screwed over which i think so too. i just want my car fixed one way or another im guessing they will pay for most of the work and then the two insurance companys will work it out i guess

So...why are you getting the parts yourself if insurance is covering it?

+1 on RockAuto.com. Google "RockAuto discount" to find a code for a 5% discount on the website. That site's got the sh!t you's be needin'

If you think you are getting screwed over, don't do anything. Sucks you have a $1000 deductable, but get in contact with your insurance company and figure it out. Don't leave any rock unturned. Any tiny little slip on your end, and your insurance company will leave it all on you. Don't fix it yourself unless you know 110% that your insurance is not covering it.
