Cracking Noise When Accelerating

I've been searching in the forums and I can't find anything something similar to what I've been experiencing in my 2012 Mazda CX9. I reported the cracking noise to my dealer in Manila last September 2013 and until now the issue was not fixed after replacing the following:

1. Tensioner Bearing
2. Catalytic Converter
3. Transfer Case
4. Transmission
5. Engine

Last May 1st, the noise came back and check engine appeared. Mazda Japan is now recommending to replace the camshaft of a brand new engine. I still don't understand why a brand new engine will have a defective camshaft.

My car is in and out of the dealer for the past 8 months and this is already frustrating knowing that the issue manifested only after 9 months of use and now the brand new engine has a defective part as well. Any help is appreciated.

I would file a Lemon law complaint (file complaint to whatever law exists in Philippines similar to US Lemon laws).

There's no Lemon Law in the Philippines. I just want this to be fixed so that I can enjoy my car again.

Just an update, the noise was not fixed after replacing the camshaft and reprogramming the computer box. I'm still waiting for their final resolution.
