You have to take off the whole panel(go at the bottom with a flat head), and pop the switch place holders out from the back, they are held in with tabs and if you pull forward they will break, if you don't hold them down, to push them through.

not if you have a computer you can save as many as you want like he stated. you can only have 2 on the unit itself but as many on the computer to flash when ever its hooked up.
