CP-E Standback placement

The Directions for the wire splicing are pretty darn good looking, but where did everyone put the unit. The instructions imply that its under the dash but the wires look really short. Did you drill a new hole or use the hood release cable gromit? The guts are also slightly loose in the metal case anybody else notice that on the standback?

i just checked mine since its not installed yet and its not loose inside

Damn well I was thinking that I would open the case and add some rubber isolation in there.

Dude, just so u don't F U any kind of the warranty or something just send it back to them before u install it, OR... send it back an get put on a list for the PnP do in November,

nah its fine I have been waiting for pnp for 6 months. It is 2 screws to open the standback and dampen the pc board myself. and its done already no waiting.
