cp-e downpipe

if i buy the cp-e downpipe, do i need a test pipe to get the catback exhaust they sell on? or is the downpipe/catback long enough to reach without problems. im curious because if i decide to sell my stock exhaust i need to know if i should keep the midpipe so i dont have to buy a test pipe right away.

No need for a test pipe with the CP-E DP. I have it with the stock CBE and it fits perfectly. I'm not sure if it will fit with all after market CBE's, but I really don't see why it should not since it takes over the stock mid-pipe.

ok so the downpipe is as long as the stock downpipe and the midpipe...mid pipe being this pipe....?

That's right. Goes all the way to where the CBE starts.

I have the catted downpipe. Works well, but I have a leak in one of the welds that needs to get taken care of. It's probably due to the weather being so cold and it was such a small amount of welding beads around the bend.
