Ive been meaning to make a coldair box for the SRI since given its position its gonna need some. Has anyone tried this yet? all i really need since i havnt had time is to get measurements against the hood for a snug fit. ill cut a hole in place of the fogs (since i have a sport model) then run a hose from there. but i also want to alter the original tiny inlet the old intake used.

also would using the orignal intake and the SRI be better than just the SRI? (i would take the silencers out mind u (stoned).

once i get some measurements myself or if im given them ill start on it =]

or this wouldbe good for altering the original vent

and then theres the coldbox ill be trying to imitate.

this could be interesting to work with if it wasnt 600+ dollars

I thought this would be cool but its kinda cramped in the engine bay. Could attach it to a short ram intake. The air extension would be placed behind the foglight holes.

K&N makes their own version called the Apollo
