You guys crack me up. (laugh)
It's Ben! (thumb)

I need to check out HPF...do you guys have anything for Mazdas?

EDIT: What a noob question...it looks like your site has more Protege parts than any vendor I've seen.

Other than the Z3 vents, it's hot!

That's Chen's car. He's from China... Pretty cool guy. I have a few other pictures of it somewhere....

They are badge as Ford Tierra (sp?). MPS's are still cooler. ;)

How crazy is that? When Black Majik mentioned www.horsepowerfreaks.com I thought it sounded familiar, but couldn't remember ever visiting. So, I go to check out and low and behold what's sitting at the top of the Protege section? A picture of my car. lol. Man, I submited that to them a long time ago and never even saw if it got posted.

Further irony being the Ben was first vendor to post a pic of even a portion of my car online when he put my brake rotor on Cork Sport's website.

Sorry, small things entertain me after to many hours without sleep.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NIIIIIIIIIIICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK guys we get the message that we're far from perfect. We have made and will continue to make our share of mistakes. Hopefully we won't make a habit out of repeating them and will continue to learn from them. That's the benefit of experience (and hindsight).

Our mistakes aren't for lack of trying to do the right thing or because we're so arrogant that we don't realize how important our customers are to our success. In fact in just the last 60 days we've made great strides toward becoming the type of business we'd like to do business with ourselves. And we're just scratching the surface. It is challenging trying to DO business at the same time that you try to change how you conduct that business but we feel that we're up to the task.

More specifically, we deal with complaints about delivery every day. We really hope that everyone understands that it's in our best interest to ship your orders out as soon as possible because we don't get paid until your merchandise ships! And we're doing our best to manage our orders and delivery times better. All too often we are at the mercy of our own suppliers much the same as you are from us. We know it's frustrating!

As for Ben, I'm sure that he'll be happy to address his reasons for leaving when and if he chooses. That's his business. We were not happy to see him go but wish him well in his new endeavors and will continue to work with him on product development and testing. We also plan to have his car represent CorkSport at future events. We will not abandon the Protege.

Finally we would ask that if you have specific complaints or issues with us PLEASE contact us directly and give us the opportunity to make things right. That way if you do end up posting nasty comments about us we'll at least have done our best to deserve them!

Address those comments, complaints, and such to gary@corksport.com.

hey corksport , if you want to help some of the members opinions of you
how about finnaly releasing some of the parts on the website TBA

especially the one part every one wants but NOONE sells a quality mandrel bent s-pipe that flanges to the stock mid pipe location.. for a price people can afford

I for one still will continue to go through corksport.I just ordered a BOV from them.it's backordered, and I need it like yesterday but I still hold the order with them because they have been helping us for a long time and will probaly be behind us for the future when there are only a few hundred MSP's left.

There isn't much money to be made on our cars,so it leaves me very greatful that they continue to support us.

I have had problems with CS as of late eventhough mine are out of thier control they are still doing backflips to fix things for me. i know i will still spend my money with them.

I went and worked on the intercooler and intake pipes last night. More info should be out regarding those soon....

i swear the first guy who mass makes a good s pipe thats flanged to the stock mid pipe
is gonna get RICH , too bad ill end up missing the boat and paying an extra 200$ for a custom job - im sick of waiting

personally i cant say anything bad about ben or corksport. ive always had good luck with them and if there were any problems with my order it all got fixed. my only complaint is the TBA on a few parts that are still be worked out. but thats what happens to ANY company when they are making stuff. something will work and you change one thing and now you have to change something else to make it work. it happens to all companies. i rememeber how long it took for injen and aem to get the intakes out.

corksport will always be cool in my book , there are not that many mazda specialists out there , the ones that are need our support.
they were one of the first companys to make s*** for us. the first company to release a pnp piggy back for us. and inspite of recent troubles they make time to atleast post once in a while . they have allredy appologized publicly for any problems and admitted fault . thats good enuff for me to support them

Ben, you mentioned testing larger injectors with your Unichip. I was wondering if you looked at RC Engineering as HiBoost according to this post was offering larger injectors last year http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17639. The price doesn't seem bad for a 440cc injectors with everything necessary at $330. If you could get this working with the Unichip, I could see throwing some money your way for my own set :)

Search for '5th injector' in the MSP section...

4 new injectors is too much money. Especially with RC because you need new plugs (requiring you to cut the factory wiring and splice the new ones on) and you need spacers/adapters.
