corksport front mount intercooler question

I'm most likely going to get rid of my cold air intake and my top mount intercooler and get the corksport setup, but I was reading around the forum, and I saw somewhere that the mass air flow meter housing might be a different size than stock. does anyone know for sure if it is correctly sized or not?

The current housing being used is slightly bigger than factory. Another post claims it is 2.8" ID. IDK

A few people are having issues with this, others are not. As per a conversation I had recently with Corksport, they are already looking into the MAF issue.

My car does not sputter or hit fuel cut with the kit. It runs fine all the way through the usable RPM range and still has maintains close to factory MPG.

I know this isn't what you're looking for, Sleeper... and, I hate to sound like a fanboi, but get the Corksport kit. Mine runs so liquid smooth and pulls like stink with that kit. The car runs smoother with the Corksport set-up than it did from the factory. This is how the car should have been designed.

I'm a tough customer to please and can say with confidence that I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
The only downfall is the polished end tanks.. they draw a lot of attention and I prefer stealth.
