Corksport Downpipe

I ordered this pipe as well. Not sure if I am going to install it atm. Was an impulse purchased based on the fact I never got a working DP for my 99 Maxima - long story.

I got my downpipe today, i'm excited came with a very nice write-up (disc) with install instructions. Very nice product and I'm installing it Friday or Saturday so stay tunned

Quick update it is going in the car Saturday afternoon, which means saturday night = race night, so i'll bring my camera and hopefully find some sti's/evo's to pick on

Remember, do it hot. The O2 sensor and turbo bolts come out easy if you're burning your hands....

So I heard smoking problem after the dp install. corksport specifically. I'm ready to install mine. Does it really smoke hard? How to prevent or fix it?

If you keep the stock main cat it won't be so bad - the stock DP with pre-cats just masks the issue of the turbo seals getting oil blow-by.
