Corksport down pipe / race pipe fitment

As an addition to the thread I started regarding my fitment issues with the Corksport race pipe, I am wondering if I buy the downpipe if it will correct my fitment problem. Who has the Corksport down pipe and race pipe installed to a stock CBE? Did you have fitment issues between the race pipe and CBE? I am trying to figure out a way to resolve my problem and if I can buy the downpipe and have good results, I will do it. Otherwise I will have to return the pipe and get the SU one, which I don't want to have to do.

As I mentioned in the other thread, I had that setup with no issues, both purchased in July of 08. No leaking at all.
I have since sold the RP so I could get the vibrant DP back exhaust.
