corksport clear corners

making sure that outer plastic is black is about the only way. Mines were tan, and i painted them with flat black, really toned it down.

I say get the 2nd set. the horizontal lines in it will kinda match the headlight, bu tit also has a reflector in it.(shrug)

The only thing i dont like about the second set is that they stand out alot from the normal headlights. But who knows maybe on mine they will come out fine.

I was thinking about maybe tinting them with a thin film like people use on fogs.

what will look better on a red protege

I bought the CorkSport corners and they look awesome!! The only thing is, they came with what appears to be German, amber bulbs and sockets. They do not fit in the electrical connector from our car so you either have to use the original white bulbs and sockets or get an Amber set from Autozone or somethin.

I think they added like 15 whp too!!! (rofl2)(rofl2)(rofl2)

The guy I talked to at corksport said the clear corners were JDM and have clear bulbs in it.

But the silver inside the corners look like they match with my headlights.

The clear corners came in a well packaged box with a set of amber bulbs at the bottom..almost didnt see them down there. Tommorrow if i have time i will probably install them.

Any tips or is the install pretty straight forward?

Real easy. Real straight forward. There is one screw and they pull forward. You twist the bulb socket and it comes right out.
Easy-peasy, japan-easy!

Why is there two styles of clear coners?

If I buy the second style is there any way to make them not stand out as much as compared to the stock headlamp?

yeah they say the housing glue on the corner lights doesnt melt when u attempt to bake them open.
