ok, assuming i have broken up your very running run-on sentence properly, i believe you are challenging us to come to philly so you can drag us down the road strapped to your bumper?

first off, strapping anything to your bumper is a bad idea. the bumper is held on by four screws and a few tabs. secondly, dragging excess weight down the road will hinder your ability to "street race." thirdly, beating a bmw to 50mph is hardly "street racing," but rather a stupid excercise in wasting gas. if anyone is the poser, it's you, friend.

Umm the cop was hiding and if you know me I'm a guy and I kinda know the Mayor so really I own him. every ticket I get in PA go my way. so really I'm not to concerned. here's a couple of as you would call it get out of jail free cards if you live in Philly or Jersey I'll send you one but you didn't get this from me.
