Cooling Fan

hey does anyone no how to check n c if ur coolin fan is workin? because when i run the car i always drive it but when im still in the car i dont hear the fan kickin in (sounds like a burst of air from the engine before) but now idt i hear it anyway i try to pay attention to it but i keep forgetin but i dont think mine r workin n i alrdy check the fuses they r all good
