What happened on my warranty visit!
Took the car in for the hose leaks. Left it at noon, they sent me to the Enterprise rental office. Got a crappy Chevy Venture minivan because they were out of Neons! (Can there be any worse choices?) Picked my car up at 5:30pm. They pressure tested the radiator and it held pressure, so they did NOTHING!
Same green crud all over the hose ends and they said it was left over from assembly! Well, it's a good thing Mazda gave us roadside assistance because when that hose blows off, I lose all the coolant and the turbo burns up, I'm going to need it.
Can you say penny wise and pound foolish? Of course you can!
