Consults the MS3 question，help!!!

I bought an engine on Ebay, but it was not equipped with key and instrument cluster. So I bough an instrument cluster and an ECU from other place and install them on my Mazda3, but I couldnt start the car. Afterward I have someone decoded the security guard code, then the car finally started. But the running of turbo makes exhaust manifold turn red, and the red exhaust manifold stop the turbo keep on function. Would you please kindly tell me why this happen. How can I solve this problem?

sounds like the ECU you got might not be correct, if it turns red my guess is that the A/F is running extremely lean, but can't be sure.

I use ECU which opens from MS3, model: L34D18881E,And I have replaced enging harness， outside fuse box and harness,odometer...I want to know, after replacing ECU, whether can with the odometer match .THX!

Dude, you sure picked a problem that's for sure. This ain't a 5.0 Mustang. The ECM's complexities + the anti-theft are going to give you fits getting this to work. Plus, you can't just say **** it and go standalone because nobody makes a standalone that can drive direct injection injectors.

Thanks everybody's instruction, we already succeeded MAZDA3 re-equip MAZDASPEED3, and before already solved the problem. Moreover the part has the operation to be good。
