Connected battery cables to the wrong posts

Make sure your grounds are secure.

That’s what I was thinking because it seems like it’s a ground connection by the battery. I was thinking I fried the ground wire by doing what I did I’ll check it when I get home. It’s very bizarre to me. Why would it start sometimes and not the majority of time. Literally all I did was tighten down the positive and the ground and boom. Only 1 click. This is driving me nuts lol

The positive has some other stuff attached to it; it's possible something there was damaged. Perhaps a fuse?
