heh. if you're lazy, just skip to part 9 - it summarizes what he learnt - but there are some funny parts throughout.

i read the whole thing cuz i'm trying to get an rx-8, but have been getting bad service from the local mazda dealers.

This is an awsome article...I have been reading it and havent finished yet, but so far its great. I had a friend who worked as a car salesmen, and I actually applied for a job as one and had seen first hand what the article is saying. The phrases...the everything is the EXACT same way they said it at this dealership. The whole thing about the "ups, and the handshaking..."
