So, I just got my car back from the dealer today,(my ride was in cuz my cobb ap ****** my ecu). so what do I do? I decide I need to put my BOV back in. (I lent my BOV to blitzkreig)
We get to his house, the easy 10mm bolt extraction begins, Upon the re-istallation of my BOV Blitz's Dad says "Be careful its aluminum" the next thing i hurd was "Snap" I break the Fing 10mm bolt off in my cold pipe. (WORST THING EVER.) Now my ride is parked at Blitz's parents house until I can overnight a pipe from wherever.
.....................I'm a Fu-king Idiot!

I tried an Easy-Out, and it broke inside too. And from what I hear you need a titanium or cobolt bit to drill it out, then ill have an issue with warrenty, because then ill have 2 different size bolts.

You'd have to be looking closely to see if the bolts are different. Drill and tap both holes if you're worried about it, shouldn't be an issue.

Man, get a bit half the size as the scew. Drill straight through the center. Then get a bit a lil bigger than that one, tap it in and put the drill in reverse and slowly back it out... Seriously~! Or a new screw slighly larger than the hole you drilled.... There are all kinds of cheats and easy fixes for this! Local shop there near by? Go up and ask a mechanic to ride over on his way home from work and he will fix it for you in minutes...

You could very likely use local heat. Since the metals have different thermal properties they will expand at different rates and hold the heat differently. It may cause enough separation that you can really get in there and pull it out.

EDIT: Both Steve and mazdaspeedster3 have good strategies that will probably cost you $20 and 30-45 minutes of your time. To me it's worth it to save the $125 on a new cold pipe.

These were my exact suggestions, but everyone i talked to says I'm F'ed I'm gonna take the cold pipe out and see if there is a better way to get at it. I will admit I never really thought of the heat aspect, That's good intel! I guess I'm at the point that I can't really f it up any more than it is. The easy-out that broke off inside the bolt was made of hardend steel and every one I talk to say's I'm screwed. Please keep the intel coming! I need all the help I can get! It just figures I had the car back for a few hours I broke it again lol!

Well, I took the cold pipe out brought it over to Blitzkrieg's friends Shop and he got it out. he cut on notch in it with a dremmel and worked some duct-tape magic and I'm up and running again! i got the stock part on order at the dealership. i'm gonna need a stock one when i bring my car in for service. And i thin Blitz may pop it into his Speed 3 and see if there is a difference. But thanks to all you guys who chipped in to help me find a solution! Thank God for forums! lol!
Thanx again fellas

Glad to hear it man. I know what it is like to think it cant be fixed easily and want to just throw in the towel and eat the bullet.

I wouldn't call yourself an idiot. An idiot is one that makes the same mistake over and over again.
