Cold Air INtake!

My Injen had no fitment issues. And it didn't shake that much either since it comes with a rubber piece that mounts behind the headlight. If I could redo what I had, I would of went with the ebay intake and make my own bracket so it wouldn't hit the master cylinder. Be careful if you choose to go ebay. I've heard horror stories of wrong parts being shipped or missing parts.

^^^ name brand = research and development time, name, and it will fit w/ no hassles. Such as the AEM and the Injen.

My friend took pvc pipe, and an air filter, made his own cold air intake, painted it black, and it gives him more of a gain that your researched name brand air intake. pvc pipe keeps the air cooler, because it's basically plastic instead of metal. It cost him about 20 dollars to make.

You should tell your friend to invest in a real intake. I heard heating pvc will emit toxic fumes...

Yup such as that one seller that has the CAI with the gray couplers...you'd think with complaints that they'd fix the problem. I mean its pretty important to have two couplers that fix too the MAF you know.

k&n for 2 reasons:

its cheaper
its much more sturdy (due to extra mounting point)
also, the red is soo pretty.
