Cold Air Intake for Mazda3 GT Manual

I'm looking for a cold air intake for my 2004 Mazda 3 GT manual tranny and hopefully someone can help me out. I have noticed a big difference in prices between brands especially AEM which is quite expensive.

What will I gain, I have heard 5HP --- this would be nice
Will my low end torque suffer greatly?
Which intake kit should I buy?
Where is a good place to buy these things?

I live in Guelph ON Can.
