coin holder

Does anybody's P5 come with a coin holder?
I got my P5 in Sept 2001. There's this little hollow under the switches for dimming your gauge and on/off the fog lights, and the size of it looks perfect for a coin holder. But for some reason it's just a hollow without anything in it. I looked in the owner's manual and it didn't mention a coin holder or this hollow in any of the diagrams, so I've been using the ashtray for my coins. But just wondering, is it just my P5 without the coin holder or is it the same for eveybody? How about the newer P5s?

Right next to the diimer and fog light there is a slot in the place of a button that is meant to hold quarters, holds like 8 of them or somthing. No more coin holders than that i'm afraid.

oh I have coin holders....two of them in fact....its right in front of the shifter...and it has a nice little door that covers them up..

now of course the stinkin factory calls them cup holders...but we all know they really aren't cup holders... a cup will fall over if you try to use that silly thing...so they MUST be coin holders. :{D

I have been using the bin under at the bottom of the dash (under the coin holder) for change. (I think when I checked the manual, it said it was for sunglasses). I put quarters in the coin holder and toss the rest in there.

I just use my ashtray since no one is allowed to smoke in my car. I even went as far as to put some kind of fabric at the bottom of it so the coins won't rattle around when I go over bumps.
