Cobb Shifter Weight Instructions

I just recently got the cobb shifter weight, but it didn't come with any instructions/installation. Can anyone help me out? From the sounds of it, it's easy...but there's no pictures/description of what I'm supposed to replace from what I've read so far...

The stock weight is under the intake. Remove it. Install new weight. Done.

make sure you use loctite....

locate stock counter weight under intake, remove two bolts, replace counter weight tighten two bolts.
