okay well i recently sold my AP cause iv been flustered with my car lately. Anyways, I still have ATR on my computer my question is, is there someway to save my stock tune? If so can I tune it with ATR and switch it back to stock, just in case of dealership emergency? or will it still show up as flashed when i bring it to the dealership even though its a stock tune. I know thats the whole point of having an COBB AP but just seein if this will work.

no... you need the AP device to interface with the ECU, and you should have the stock tune on your car if you sold your AP. didnt you unmarry it?

yea i unmarried it, my question is if I can save my stock unmarried tune, flash it with a map using ATR, and then if something breaks which seems to happen every 6 months, flash it back to stock so the dealership wouldnt notice the difference if they plugged it up to there computer. you said no, so ill take your word lol but i just saw cxracing has there FMIC for our cars now and was thinking about getting it. I wouldnt wanna get it though if i cant utilize it to its full potential by tuning!

do you still have an accessport to flash the map? thats the one key element you sold if i read your post right.
You just cant flash with atr unless your pass through tuning and that still requires an AP.

The only way around this would be a program like versatune which works the same as the ap.

yea i sold the AP ahha oh well thanks guys just wanted to see if i could get around the system lol

versatune, hu just looked at there website, has anyone got any feedback?
