clutch slipping??????????

:
mazdaspeed protege
soo i blew my lsd a while ago n thought it was my clutch, i winded up putting a new clutch in anyways meanwhile it was apart...now my clutch slips only when it gets hot when its cold theres no problem...this happens in 3rd n up..anybody have a clue wat to do??????

Is there any way you can find out a part number from them, the brand, etc? Just find out that info and post it here, do they offer any warranty with their service? How long has the clutch been in there?

they put it in i diddnt put it in thats wat im sayin i hope they diddnt f**k me and put the wrong one in

if they put the wrong one in, obviously when they take it all off its going to look ****** up... the first thing they're going to try to do is blame you for abuse
SO, you need to actually find out exactly what they put in (there's many ways to go at that), and if they did put in the wrong s*** then you have some ground to stand on

are you guys sure clutches are the same? unless mine came with a stronger clutch when i bought it, cuz i hop in my brothers car (2002 protege es) and i almost put my foot through the floor in the thing

i dont think the clutch is the exact same but ill let you know when i get mine put in

you're looking at aftermarket performance, it doesn't mean anything

I'm talking about stock, and stock MSP is not the same as stock P5
go look for an aftermarket *stock replacement* if you're bored, which is more relevant to this thread than that page you linked

I was simply pasting an example. Aftermarket or stock, MSP vs. P5, they are both different aren't they? If they are different as you said, then it shouldn't matter if we are talking about a stock replacement or aftermarket.
