clutch slip??

ok so today i got my car fixed and its boosting correctly again but it feels like my clutch is slipping... in a higher gear (3rd+) if i step on the gas it'll get to like 5psi then just rev up really fast and hit peak boost but the car wont go anywhere... so i believe the clutch is slipping which is weird because it is a mazda speed stage 2 clutch... im not sure if it slipping or what, it does seem to let out kinda high... anyone got any ideas??

When you say rev high...does the RPMs literaly go up or does it sound like it does or feel like it does? The only time you should have the RPM raise then you hit the gas is if your wheels are spinning and not grabbing, you have the clutch pedal pressed or the clutch is slipping. If it's your boost gauge that's rising and the car isn't going it's because your turbo is spooling...making boost, that will eventually kick in. How many miles on the clutch?

umm idk how many miles like 20k prolly in that range... but no im positive the clutch is gone... i hit thegas car goes no where but the rpms shoot up... soo now that i kno its shot ne one got any ideas on a new clutch something that could withstand a decent amount of power (atleast 250whp)?

I have the same problem with my mp3 it slips at 2nd-5th gear so i'm lookin to get a new clutch like a SPEC stage 2+

ya my car is down at my local transmission shop right now and they are ordering me a new clutch for the car that claims it can withstand up to 400whp... soo i cant wait to see what this new one is like... should be back in about a week... then im gonna look for a dyno to get on... any one know of one some what close to Scranton PA 18501??
